Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions in the system.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
- Process invoices, billing statements, and prepare collection updates.
- Perform bank deposits and assist in bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports as required.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursement processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for accounting-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
