Accounting staff taxation based in paco manila

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting professional with strong experience in Bookkeeping, Tax Compliance, and BIR Report Filings. The ideal candidate should be able to work with Minimal Supervision and training. He/She should immediately contribute to day-to-day accounting operations.



Responsibilities:



Handle bookkeeping for payables, petty cash, operational expenses, fixed assets, VAT, withholding taxes, and other accounting entries



Verify accuracy of invoices and accounting documents/records



Update, maintain, and reconcile accounting journals and ledgers



Prepare and file BIR reports and tax payments including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax



Encode and manage data using SEC and BIR online filing systems, SAP Business One, Crystal Reports, Excel, and Google Sheets



Compile accounting data and prepare reports as needed
