Job Description
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Financial Closing & Reporting - Oversee month-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure Tax Compliance - Manage corporate tax filings, statutory reporting, and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain Financial Accuracy - Review the general ledger, reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Oversee Receivables & Cash Collection - Monitor daily collection reports, review receivables, and verify Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) transactions.
- Review Business Transactions - Analyze sales exceptions, maintain fixed asset registers, and conduct periodic asset verification.
- Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax Team - Coach and develop team members while overseeing accounts payable, receivables, and day-to-day finance operations.
