Job Description
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on accounting principles, software, and best practices for employees or clients.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Performance Assessment: Evaluate trainee progress, provide feedback, and offer additional support to ensure mastery of accounting concepts and tools.
- Accounting Expertise: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software, with professional certification (e.g., CPA) preferred.
- Training & Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication abilities to effectively explain complex accounting topics to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Education: Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring individuals in accounting or related fields.
