To continue our success in Spain and help expand our business here we are looking for an Account & Project Manager in the region of León, Burgos, Palencia, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and the entire process from order receipt until project completion.
• Act as the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer.
• Serve as the expert in placements and installations of our Unit for Observation (UFO) systems.
• Ensure arrangements are as discussed with the sales manager, understand customer needs, and proactively advise on suitable products.
• Check project sites and maintain close contact with customers to understand their service needs.
• Check availability and manage logistics processes.
