Job Description
To continue our success in Spain and help expand our business here we are looking for an Account & Project Manager.
Account & Project Manager (Gerente de Cuentas y Proyectos) – region León, Burgos, Palencia, España
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and oversee the entire process from order acceptance to project completion.
- Act as the liaison between the sales team, development team, and the customer.
- Serve as the expert on placements and installations of our UFOs, ensuring alignment with the sales manager’s agreements.
- Assess the customer’s needs, proactively advise on suitable products, and visit project sites when necessary.
- Confirm availability, manage the logistic process, and coordinate with on‑site managers regarding system locations and expectations.
- Maintain background monitoring of the project throughout its duration and prepare incident reports when required.
