Account & Project Manager (Gerente de Cuentas y Proyectos) – region Leon, Burgos, Palencia, Spain

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and the entire process from order receipt to project completion.
• Act as the liaison between the sales team, development team, and the customer.
• Be the expert in the placement and installation of our UFO units.
• Coordinate with the sales manager to arrange deliveries and schedules.
• Understand customer needs and advise on the best product mix.
• Conduct site visits when necessary and maintain close contact with customers.
• Check availability and manage the logistic process.
• Communicate system locations, expectations and requirements with site managers.
