Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Payable
  • Verify and process supplier invoices and petty cash claims
  • Prepare payments through various methods
  • Prepare monthly payment schedules and reconcile supplier accounts
  • Maintain daily cash and bank records
  • Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with monthly management account closings
  • Handle phone inquiries from suppliers
  • Prepare intercompany AR billings, where applicable
  • Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration

  • Min1-2 of relevant working experience in similar position
