Job Description

An opportunity exists for an experienced Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper or Finance Administrator to join a well-established Western Australian business servicing the mining and industrial sectors.

Working within a small finance team this is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being an integral part of a close-knit office environment.

Initially offered on a temporary basis, there is genuine potential for the role to transition into a permanent opportunity for the right person.

Core responsibilities

  • Credit card processing and reconciliations
  • Managing the accounts inbox and responding to enquiries
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Accounts payable and general bookkeeping support
  • Preparing customer statements and maintaining financial records
