About The Role
We have partnered with an Australian‑based company that specializes in designing, installing, and maintaining long‑term electrical, security, and communications solutions. As an Accounts Assistant , you will report to the General Manager and undertake the general administration of the business to ensure operational, management and other key functions of the business operate effectively and efficiently.
What you'll be working on
Finance and Administration
- Preparation of weekly cashflow forecast.
- Maintain high ethical standards and procedures of financial management.
- Ensure all financial reporting obligations are met.
- Administer and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable for outstanding amounts, discrepancies and irregularities and make sure payments are up to date.
