Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining billing system Generating invoices and account statement & accounts reconciliation Maintaining accounts receivable files and records, producing monthly financial and management reports. Investigating and resolving any errors, shortfall or enquiries Ensuring payments received within payment terms/ calling clients regarding payments Assist in preparing detailing accounts receivable status, filing & scanning Any ad-hoc works within the dept REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in data entry skills Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures in similar Team player Good-Time management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills very good understanding of accounting principles Relevant Bachelor or diploma in related fields, 2
year or more experience as an accounts Able to work independently Able to start immediately or within short notice
