Accounts Clerk: Invoicing, Payments & Support

CANDID WATER COOLER PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage invoicing and customer payment updates effectively. You will respond to customer enquiries via email and phone, ensuring smooth operations in customer service.

This role involves processing invoices, updating payment records, and monitoring customer payments to maintain accurate financial documentation. Additional clerical support will be required as assigned by the Supervisor.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8.30am to 1pm.
