JOB OVERVIEW:
A reputable manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, taxation matters, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing accounts, tax compliance, and ERP-based systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Handle withholding tax (WHT) including calculation, deduction, record keeping, and timely deposit compliance
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP/AR, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
