Accounts Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities

• Invoice & Payment Processing: Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Process invoices and ensure correct General Ledger (GL) coding when posting into the accounting system. Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
