Job Description
Main responsibilities will be to provide assistance in wide range of accounts and administrative support.
- Check, verify and process expense claims.
- Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers.
- Assist in preparing payments to suppliers.
- Banking of cheques and payments.
- Assist in procurement matters.
- Assist in audit matters.
- Assist in month end closing.
- Filing of documents.
- Data Entry.
- Basic administration roles.
- Ad-hoc Accounts & Admin related roles.
- Minimum Diploma with related certifications.
- Candidates with more than 1 year of relevant experience will be advantageous. Extensive trainings will be provided for fresh graduates.
