Accounts Executive

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the dynamic team in a leading provider of engineering equipment and services in the Woodlands North Region. As an Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records, processing payments, and supporting the overall accounting operations.

• Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
• Prepare and submit financial reports, statements, and other required documentation
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal policies, and external regulations
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
