Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Financial Reporting / Management & Reviews
- Preparation of payments for approval
- Manage financial transactions related to rentals, sales and associated services
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses and inventory
- Keep track of Inventory levels for merchandise and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Perform daily reconciliation of revenue & collection from rentals and merchandise sales
- Prepare timely and accurate management accounts
- Prepare and maintain full sets of financial reports
- Prepare reports on monthly results/variances for financial review
- Prepare monthly cash flow projection
- Prepare reports in accordance to statutory requirements
