Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a
detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounting Executive
to manage
full set accounts, AP/AR, financial reporting, and SkillsFuture (TPG) claims administration
.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys
hands-on accounting work in a fast-paced education / training environment and
is looking to grow in a role with both
operational and process improvement exposure
.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Full Set Accounts Manage full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR) Perform month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
Accounts Receivable (AR) Handle student fees, corporate billing, and SkillsFuture receivables Monitor outstanding payments and AR ageing reports Reconcile revenue between LMS/CRM systems and accounting records
Accounts Payable (AP) Process supplier invoices and staff claims Ensure timely and accurate payments with proper documentation
