The Mission
- Full national sales operation across all projects
- Sales strategy design and execution per project
- End-to-end pipeline management — pricing, pace, and targets
- Broker networks, agency relationships, and internal sales team
- Off‑plan sales and presales target achievement
- Close coordination with marketing, management, and finance
- Direct reporting to senior management and board
