• Respond to Accounts Payable inquiries and collaborate with corporate departments on transactions and reporting
• Coordinate weekly cheque and courier distributions while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial and employee information
• Review and audit district office invoices for accuracy, coding, policy compliance, and budget alignment
• Validate employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring proper approvals, GL coding, and tax treatment
