Capturing of invoices Purchase Orders Urgent payments for all 5 Branches Purchase Requisition Form Process of payment approvals Credit Card Recon, Capturing & Top up Petty Cash Recon and Capturing Loading of payments for all 5 branches Match payments Generate paperwork for payments (PRF, supplier recon & EFT Request) Update creditors payment Schedule Spread Creditors Age to Branch Manager Reconcile Accounts to Statement Fuel & Toll Capturing
