Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for an ongoing temp-to-permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience supporting high-volume invoice processing, payment workflows, and vendor account maintenance.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day payable functions, helping ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, and supporting the accounting team with reconciliation and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

+ Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation

+ Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers

+ Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies

+ Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account issues
