Our Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for leading the Accounts Payable operation across multiple legal entities, ensuring timely payments, compliance with internal controls, and excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations across multiple legal entities. • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, compliance with tax regulations, and adherence to internal controls. • Manage AP activities within ERP systems and other financial platforms. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, as well as internal and external audits. • Monitor AP KPIs, reporting, cash flow forecasting, and working capital initiatives. • Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across AP operations. • Lead intercompany reconciliations and collaborate closely with Purchasing, Treasury, Accounting, and other bu...
