Accounts Payable Lead/Intermediate Accounting

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Lead/Intermediate Accounting professional to oversee and manage the company's accounts payable. The ideal candidate will possess strong, extensive knowledge of accounting software and proficiency with various financial systems. The position requires full‑cycle accounting for various closing processes, including journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, audit support, and sales tax filing. The Intermediate Accountant assists the manager and AVP periodically with ad hoc reports.

Success of this position ensures compliance with sales tax regulation and accurate journal entries with proper audit support prepared in an efficient manner to meet the financial periodic close.
