ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER

Two Scots are excited to be partnering with a large commercial based in Dandenong. The company is continually growing, and prides themselves to be a true leader in the industry. Our client requires a AP Officer to join their team on a 6 month basis with strong potential to extend.

  Role

• Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
• Assisting to process payments
• Filing and maintaining supplier records
• Checking and verifying invoices
• Daily reconciliations
• Performing other ad hoc tasks as required
