Accounts Payable Officer

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 4-week contract, starting immediately. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can step in and manage the full AP function with minimal guidance (there will be a handover!) 
You’ll be working on-site, five days per week, within a supportive and friendly team environment.

The role
You will take ownership of end-to-end Accounts Payable, including:

• High-volume invoice processing and 3-way matching
• Processing invoices in SAP
• Managing payment runs, including foreign currency payments
• Supplier reconciliations
• Handling supplier queries and maintaining relationships
• Managing the AP inbox
• Maintaining accurate vendor master data
• Assisting with month-end tasks and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and controls
