Accounts Payable - Randstad

We are currently recruiting 2 x Accounts Payable Officers for a leading NFP organisation. They are a leading name in the industry and show significant growth by offering world class services to their customers.

You will report to the AP Team Leader.

Your responsibilities:

• Entering invoices in the system
• Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Reviewing accounts payable entries to ensure all data are entered correctly
• Initiating new suppliers and adding them on the system
• Investigating and reconciling creditor accounts for discrepancies
• Managing direct debit for utilities accounts
