Accounts Payable

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join the finance team at N & N AGRICULTURE PTE LTD'. In this full-time, permanent role based in the Lim Chu Kang North Region, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable for the company, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers.

• Process and record invoices and other payables in the accounting system
• Match purchase orders, goods received notes and invoices to ensure accuracy of payments
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve any invoice discrepancies or queries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and reports
• Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks as required
• Provide support to the wider finance team as needed
