We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a team in California in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position supports accurate and timely payment operations by handling invoices, employee expenses, and vendor transactions with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with financial records, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.


Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, purchase-related documents, payroll-related payments, and other disbursements while maintaining accuracy and proper documentation.

• Review completed transactions by checking entries against account balances and system-generated reports to ensure records are correct.

• Organize and preserve payment files and supporting financial documents to maintain complete historical records.

• Validate employee expense submissions and prepare payments in accordance with company procedures.
