 We are searching for a Accounts Payable Specialist / Junior Accountant in Palm Beach, FL.

  Responsibilities: 
 Process payables for multiple vendors
 Process multi-entity transactions 
 Ensure compliance per each entity 
 Multi-entity AP & AR 
 Process bills 
 Posting transactions 
 Following up on pending transactions and payments 
 Prepare general ledgers and journal entries
 Prepare quarter-end and year-end closes
 Assist in the preparation of financials
 Assist in the preparation of capital calls and distributions
 Assist with year end and annual budget
 Special projects as needed
  Qualifications: 
 Associates degree preferred 
 2+ years of experience in AP or AR preferred
