Accounts Payable Specialist

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Santiago, Chile.

Key Responsibilities

• Register supplier invoices, review compliance, and follow up with internal departments to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Review and manage employee expense claims in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth payment processes and account reconciliations.
• Manage document filing, archiving, and reporting activities accurately and efficiently.
• Support the finance team with accounts payable-related tasks and process improvements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
