Accounts Payable Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a Contract basis in Waterville, Maine. This role focuses on maintaining accurate payment processing, organizing invoice activity, and supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations with a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, experience handling coded invoices, and confidence working with electronic and check-based payment methods.

Responsibilities:
• Review incoming invoices, assign the appropriate account codes, and prepare them for timely processing.
• Manage day-to-day accounts payable activities to ensure vendors are paid accurately and within established deadlines.
