Primary responsibilities;
Check, code, and post supplier invoices accurately in SAP Business ByDesign, ensuring correct allocation across entities, cost centres, and jurisdictionsManage and execute supplier payment runs (BACS, CHAPS, and international transfers), ensuring payments are made on time and in line with agreed payment termsMaintain and update weekly foreign exchange rates within SAP Business ByDesignReconcile supplier statements and resolve queries in a timely, professional mannerProcess and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and associated expense journalsMaintain accurate tracking spreadsheets ...
