Accounts Receivable Assistant – Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record customer payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Assist in reconciling accounts receivable records with company financial statements.
- Maintain organized documentation of transactions and client communications.
- Support the finance team with reporting and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willing to travel and undergo training.
