Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing team in Stafford, Texas on a Long-term Contract basis. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accurate billing, organized financial records, and timely payment processing. The role will work closely with accounting colleagues to support day-to-day receivables activity and help maintain dependable financial operations.

Responsibilities:
• Generate and issue customer invoices with a high level of accuracy, ensuring billing details are complete and easy for clients to understand.
• Apply incoming payments promptly and correctly while updating account balances and receivable records.
• Maintain well-organized accounts receivable documentation to support reporting, reconciliation, and audit readiness.
