Position Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Collector at Amro Music Store, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding customer payments. Your focus will be on maintaining positive relationships with our customers while effectively managing overdue accounts and minimizing financial risks. Responsibilities:

Account Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, tracking outstanding invoices and payments.

Collection Activities: Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, and text message to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans if necessary.
