    Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will be joining an experienced, outgoing, and hardworking Finance Team. We are keen to have you join to help with our high-volume AR workload and provide efficient service to our customers, including, residents, their families and supporting our village and support office teams. This is a great role where you will move into a large finance team and have the opportunity to develop your skills.


    Key responsibilities will include:

  • Process debtor invoices and customer on-charges promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain up-to-date admission records for resident billing.

  • Manage interactions with funding agencies and assist residents and families with billing questions.
