Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support financial follow-up activities for a Contract position based in New York, New York. In this role, you will help resolve outstanding balances, review rent and payment records for accuracy, and keep financial cases moving forward with careful attention to detail. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and property partners.

Responsibilities:
• Examine rent ledgers and payment histories to identify open balances, missing funds, posting issues, and other account discrepancies.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to arrange off-cycle payments and support agreements that address overdue amounts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Enter, monitor, and update arrears-related requests in internal systems while maintaining complete and organized case documentation.
