Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a team in Saint Paul, Minnesota on a Long-term Contract basis. This position supports daily receivables activity through payment application, account research, and customer communication while helping maintain accurate account status. The role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working on site during training and can communicate clearly with both internal teams and external customers.


Responsibilities:

• Apply incoming check payments and assist with daily cash posting activities to keep account records current.

• Investigate invoice discrepancies and short-paid balances, identify the cause of the issue, and coordinate with sales representatives to support resolution with customers.
