Accounts Receivable Administrator
Anaheim, CA
$24–$27/hour DOE
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our accounting and office operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction office environment and enjoys balancing administrative and accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and general office duties
- Handle outgoing mail and office errands (bank/post office)
- Enter quotes and sales orders into Sage
- Process billing and customer invoices
- Prepare conditional releases
- Email invoices and maintain billing records
- Log commissions and process cash receipts
