Accounts Receivable Team Leader | Hands-on Player-Coach

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our finance function in a highly visible player-coach capacity. Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Director, you will bridge the gap between high-level financial strategy and daily operational execution.
This role offers a balanced hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home) once you are settled in. This is not a purely administrative desk job - you will spend part of your time leading, mentoring, and focusing a small, dedicated AR team of 3, and part on the tools actively managing our high-value corporate ledgers and driving down overdue debt.
