Acquisition Associate - AUH Global Realty

This job/Vacancy will be based on a fixed term contract of 12 months, up for renewal or transition to a permanent contract.

The Acquisition Associate will support the Middle East Real Estate team, part of Amazon's Africa Middle East & Turkey Operations Real Estate organization. The Amazon AMET Real Estate team is responsible for the timely completion of property transactions, including acquisitions, renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space in the AMET Region.

This role will focus on supporting the expansion of Amazon dark stores network and requires the following:

• Experience in acquiring/searching for commercial real estate (retail, warehouses, offices)
• Understanding of the Abu Dhabi commercial real estate market
• Valid driver’s license
• Project management skills are an advantage, though the role will focus only on acquisition management and not construction
