Role Overview

Activities Coordinator at Agincare Edgehill Care Home, Swindon.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver engaging activities for residents, both internally and with external resources.
• Plan events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
• Consult residents daily to identify activity preferences and bring them to fruition.
• Communicate with external entertainers and businesses to arrange visits.
• Support residents' independence through mobility activities such as Zumba, ballroom, balloon tennis, and organize social outings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in a role involving activities or similar coordination.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.
• Availability for 30 hours per week, including alternative weekends.
