We are seeking an exceptional Activities Manager to lead and elevate a world‑class programme of water‑sports, marine operations, wellness, and outdoor experiences within an exclusive ultra‑luxury residential and hospitality environment. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing guest activities, managing the fleet of vessels, coordinating transfers and excursions, leading a small team, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, service and operational efficiency at all times. The Activities Manager will enhance overall guest experience, creating memorable moments for homeowners and guests while ensuring all operations are delivered safely and professionally.
