Technical Management Work
- Maintain consistent quality throughout livestreams
- Management of inventory
- Determine aging of equipment & scheduling for replacement & repair
- Procuring equipment and talking to suppliers regarding payment methods/billing
- Monitoring all department expenses per year
Work Scheduling
- Monitoring of studio logs
- Reporting to directly to execomm monthly updates regarding studio conditions and manpower productivity
Directing/Producer Work
- Directing mid-large scale projects
- Project manage of mid-large projects
- Determining needed equipment and set-up based on client/project needs
- Contacting and sourcing suppliers and manpower if needed
- Scheduling needed manpower (internal & external if needed)
