We are seeking a passionate and client‑focused Sales Advisor to join a prestigious luxury fashion house in Madrid on a fixed‑term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a personalised and elevated client experience, building meaningful and long‑lasting relationships
- Drive sales performance by confidently presenting collections and sharing storytelling around craftsmanship and materials
- Develop and maintain a strong client book, focusing on repeat business and loyalty
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards on the shop floor
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation at all times
- Handle transactions, stock, and after‑sales service with precision and care
