Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Lead the Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L‑PBF) part development pipeline, acting as a consultant for part selection, process selection, optimization, qualification, and implementation.
+ Design innovative, production‑ready components by creating 3D models and assemblies optimized for additive manufacturing to improve quality, cost, and speed.
+ Collaborate with global engineering teams, clearly communicating timelines, risks, and solutions while influencing design decisions across multiple stakeholders.
+ Create rough stock and finish‑machined drawings, considering GD&T requirements, inspection capabilities, and downstream machining processes.
+ Develop, build, and test prototypes, working hands‑on in the Additive Technology Lab.
+ Contribute to the advancement of Emerson’s additive manufacturing standards, engineering practices, and internal best‑practice documentation.
