Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Field Supervisor, this position is responsible for year round interpretation and application of policy and procedures to complete a variety of claim types; to act as the Customer Service Offices (CSO) primary contact for producers to discuss farm operation needs with, paired with providing SCIC program information that can assist with selecting a farm risk management solution to best support the customer.
• Using latest technology, perform field inspections, predation claims, wildlife claims, and third-party liability claims on farms; Identify losses and the causes associated to properly manage claim.
