Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards for administration
  • Process goods received vouchers and complete invoices
  • Process stock claims
  • Minimize risk to the company
  • Issue GRVs for stock and monitor deviation reports
  • Assist in the audit process
  • Manage and control bank and petty cash
  • File relevant documents according to established standards
  • Provide client service
  • Manage stock control
  • Perform other job-related administrative duties
