Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards for administration
- Process goods received vouchers and complete invoices
- Process stock claims
- Minimize risk to the company
- Issue GRVs for stock and monitor deviation reports
- Assist in the audit process
- Manage and control bank and petty cash
- File relevant documents according to established standards
- Provide client service
- Manage stock control
- Perform other job-related administrative duties
