  • Admin duties, handling of call, WhatsApp and emails
  • Support coordinator for daily operations
  • Liaising with staff and external parties (customer /supplier) for work operations
  • Assisting in preparation of purchase order/Claims
  • Maintain proper documentation
Job Requirement
  • Minimum O Level / NITEC / Diploma holder
  • At least 2 years of working experience in administrative
  • Familiar with MS Office applications with knowledge of Microsoft Work and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines
